9th Brugge Sup Classic 2023

Op zondag 24 september, zal de 9ste race van de Brugge sup Classic plaatsvinden op ons domein Aan de Plas Blankenbergse dijk 75, 8000 Brugge.

UPDATE;

Classes and age categories are defined as follows:

Elites;
Elites M and Elites V
-No age category

Kahunas M and Kahunas V;
Born 1983 or earlier

Recreants;
Recreants M and Recreants V on inflatables <12.6 and on hard boards
-No age category

Kids;
Boys and girls
Born in 2009 or later

Teams;
Maximum 8 people, change possible at each round
-No age category

Total distance per class:

Elite: 11km (5 laps + 1 power lap)
Recreants: 5.8km (3 laps + 1 power lap)
Kids: 4.4km (2 laps + 1 power lap)
Teams: 11km (5 laps + 1 power lap)

Fees:
€20,- for elite,
€20,- for recreational
€10,- for kids
€20,- per team + €10,- per team member

Welcome and registration; from 10:00h-11:30h

Skippers’ meeting;
Participants should be available at 12:00h at Brugge aan de Plas

In case there were too many entries, further separate start procedures could be provided

The start may be between buoys, beach flags, on shore, on the water, or on the beach as determined during the skippers’ meeting.

The starting procedure will be confirmed by the race director during the skippers’ meeting. The schedule of races (may change depending on the number of competitors or weather conditions):

Category start;
13:00u; Elites M and Teams M all age categories
13:10u; Elites V all age categories
13:20u; Recreants M and V together
15:00u; Kids Girls and boys together

Podium; As from 16:30h
